Accommodations:
64 unit condominium hotel, with King & Queen studio units and double queen units, each offers a
kitchenette, a comfortable living room area and some units with a balcony.
Golf:
The 18-hole, par-72 Rivanna Golf Club spreads through the forested foothills of the Blue Ridge
Mountains. The course features mature and undulating greens that players say are among the best in
Virginia. The course will undergo a facelift under the direction of one of golf 's hottest new architects,
Ed Carton (Poplar Grove and Spring Creek designer, two of the country's top-ranked courses).
Tennis:
The Rivanna offers newly renovated outdoor courts (seasonal) and plans are in the works for a state-of-the-art
indoor tennis facility. Group, private lessons, clinics and a game-finding service for adults and children.
Horseback Riding Facility:
The Rivanna features a 90 horse equestrian center featuring scenic trail rides for novices and
experienced riders. There's also an indoor and outdoor riding rink as well as lessons and clinics. Simply
put, no other resort in the state offers such an extensive riding.
